Job summary

Norwood is seeking an experienced housing professional to deliver a high-quality, compliant and person-centred housing management service across a portfolio of supported living properties.

You will own the full tenancy journey from allocation to move-on, build relationships with tenants and advocates, and ensure homes are safe and well maintained while supporting independence and community inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management and supported living settings.
• Strong understanding of housing law, regulation and compliance.
• Ability to manage tenancy lifecycle including allocations, sign-ups, arrears and disputes.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of supported living properties and manage full tenancy lifecycle.
• Conduct regular tenancy visits and property inspections.
• Monitor rent accounts and proactively manage arrears.
• Support tenants with Housing Benefit and other relevant benefits.
• Resolve tenancy breaches, anti-social behaviour and disputes with sensitivity.
• Coordinate with Property Services for timely repairs and maintenance.
• Promote safe, compliant and age-appropriate housing for neurodiverse needs.
