Job summary

Waythrough in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Housing Manager to lead a team delivering high-quality housing and tenancy services across the region. You will provide day-to-day support, guidance, and oversight to keep properties safe, compliant, and well-managed while helping residents sustain their tenancies.

You will drive performance, meet KPIs and Tenant Satisfaction Measures, and work with colleagues and partners to continuously improve services.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management, including tenancy sustainment.
• Strong knowledge of arrears, tenancy processes, and safeguarding.
• Ability to prioritise and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Desirable housing/management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering housing and tenancy services.
• Manage property performance including voids and arrears.
• Provide guidance on safeguarding, risk and anti-social behaviour.
• Monitor KPIs and Tenant Satisfaction measures.
• Support audits, inspections, and service improvements.
• Build relationships with partners and residents.
