Clayton Legal seeks an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its regional team. This role targets a solicitor or legal executive with substantial employment law experience to handle a varied caseload across both Respondent and Claimant matters.

The successful candidate will advise on discrimination, redundancy, disciplinary issues, settlement agreements and contractual matters within a supportive, well-regarded firm. Hybrid working and clear career progression are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' PQE in Employment Law.
• Experience handling both Respondent and Claimant matters.
• Ability to manage own caseload.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Commercially aware and proactive in approach.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to handle a varied and interesting caseload covering both Respondent and Claimant employment matters.
