G2 Legal Recruitment is partnering with a respected Leeds firm to recruit an Employment Solicitor. The role suits someone around 5 PQE, though all levels are welcome. You will handle claimant and respondent matters, advance cases through instructions to resolution, and represent clients in Employment Tribunal matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with employment law experience.
• Ideally around 5 PQE, though all levels will be considered.
• Experience of Employment Tribunal processes preferred.

• Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied employment law caseload with supervision.
• Advise on claimant and respondent matters.
• Handle cases from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal matters.
• Draft contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent client care.
• Support colleagues and contribute to team development.

While the role is ideally suited to someone around 5 years PQE, applications from all levels will be considered. The Role
