LJ Recruitment is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor for a growing, forward-thinking law firm. The role focuses on contentious employment matters, including discrimination and equality issues, advising a diverse client base across sectors such as transport, marketing and technology.

The successful candidate will work remotely with occasional London office attendance, handling tribunals and complex client matters while contributing to business development and leveraging strong client

Qualifications

• 8+ years' PQE, ideally within reputable regional or London firm.
• Experience drafting and responding to Employment Tribunal claims.
• Experience preparing witness statements and managing disclosure.
• Confident advising and liaising directly with clients.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Able to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
• Comfortable contributing to business development activities.
