Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in Employment law.

Responsibilities

• Advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancies, TUPE and restructures.
• Handling Employment Tribunal litigation from inception to resolution.
• Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Providing corporate support on employment matters relating to mergers and acquisitions.
• Delivering training and legal updates to clients.
