Job summary

HCB Solicitors Limited is seeking an Employment Law Solicitor to manage a personal caseload across contentious and non-contentious matters for both employers and employees. You will attend Employment Tribunals and Courts when required and work with the team on business development initiatives.

The role requires 3-5 years' experience as an Employment Law Solicitor, strong MS Office/Excel skills, and excellent organisational abilities with multi-tasking capability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience as an Employment Law Solicitor.
• Competent level of MS Office and Excel.
• Good organisational skills and ability to multi task.
• Ability to make timely and well considered decisions.

Responsibilities

• Run own case load of employment matters for both employer and employee (contentious and non-contentious).
• Attend Employment Tribunals and Courts when required.
• Collaborate with the employment team on business development activities.
• Work as part of the team with a high attention to detail.

• Running own case load of employment matters consisting of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both employer and employee.
