Job summary

Hcb-Solicitors in Redditch is seeking an Employment Law Solicitor to run their own case load, handling contentious and non-contentious matters for both employer and employee, and attend Tribunals and Courts as needed.

The role requires 3-5 years’ experience, strong MS Office and Excel skills, meticulous organisation, and teamwork. The firm offers a pension, generous holidays, hybrid working after probation, along with training and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as an Employment Law Solicitor.
• Experience in both contentious and non-contentious Employment matters.
• Ability to manage own caseload and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Running own case load of employment matters including contentious and non-contentious.
• Attend Employment Tribunals and Courts when required.
• Collaborate with the employment team on business development activities.

Job description

• Running own case load of employment matters consisting of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both employer and employee.
• Attend Employment Tribunals and Courts when required.
• Working together as team on more complex matters
• Adhering to AML processes
• Working with the employment team on Business development activities.

Pension – The Peoples Partnership, 3% employer and 5% employee contribution which can be increased. Auto enrolled after 3 months but can join sooner if you wish.
