Job summary

Hcb-Solicitors is seeking an experienced fee earner with at least 4 years PQE to handle a varied commercial property caseload in the Solihull area. You will manage sales and purchases, secured lending, and landlord/tenant transactions, advising clients and supporting registry matters.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern after probation, a strong benefits package including pension contributions, 26 days holiday plus BH, cycle to work, Medicash and EAP, and annual fee-income bonus

• Sale of business assets
• Sale of property at auction
• Secured lending, mortgages and remortgages
• Landlord and Tenant transactions including leases; renewals; licences to assign, licence to sublet and licence to alter applications; surrenders
• Pension scheme transactions including in specie transactions
• Land registry applications including first registrations, and assisting with adverse possession
• Dealing with Section 25 notices
• Acting on behalf of management companies
