Job Description

The Employment Legal Director will deal with a range of work including;

• Providing expert advice on employment law matters to clients.
• Managing and dealing with complex employment cases and projects.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment-related contracts and agreements.
• Working closely with large corporate clients across sectors such as logistics, retail and energy
• Working closely with the Partners in the team on complex projects
• Managing junior team members
• Taking an key role in client relationship management

The Successful Applicant

The successful Employment Legal Director should have:

• A track record in Employment gained from a national or international law firm
• A history of advising large corporate clients
• Ties to Leeds
• An interest to work for a global law firm
• Likely to be around 8 years PQE plus
• Strong leadership abilities to mentor and guide a team.
• A client-focused approach with a track record of building relationships.
