A leading financial services company is seeking an Employment Law & HR Consultant to provide technical advice and consultancy on employee relations and HR issues. You will work flexibly but may travel around Southampton for customer meetings. The role requires CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification along with practical experience in employment law and HR. The offered salary ranges from £42,075 to £49,500, along with a car allowance and pension funding.
Join us as an Employment Law & HR Consultant
You’ll be great at building relationships both internally with key stakeholders and externally with our customers, gaining an in-depth understanding of their needs and priorities. This will allow you to provide customers with the right technical advice, consultancy and training services, within your chosen specialist area of employment law and HR. We’ll look to you to manage your own calendar, balance priorities, delivering to customers both digitally and face to face.
