Job summary

Seetec in Kidderminster is seeking an Employment Adviser to support participants toward sustainable work. You will coach, motivate and guide clients, manage a caseload, and build strong relationships with employers and local services.

You will deliver personalised action plans, assess needs, provide job-search support and help customers overcome barriers. The role requires customer focus, resilience and a proactive approach to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Experience managing a caseload and guiding participants to employment
• Ability to build relationships with employers and partners

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance targets (KPIs)
• Progressively manage a caseload of referred customers to overcome barriers to employment
• Deliver a positive experience to new customers and ensure engagement with the programme
• Provide tailored job-search support and interview preparation
• Develop SMART Action Plans and signpost to self-employment support where relevant
• Maintain accurate records and stay compliant with standards
• Build relationships with stakeholders to maximise job opportunities
• Travel as required for engagements and meetings
