Job summary

Zachary Daniels in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join its growing People team in Warrington. You will provide expert guidance on investigations, disciplinary and absence matters, working closely with managers to resolve issues fairly and compliantly.

This hands-on ER role focuses on caseload management, stakeholder engagement and coaching leaders to handle people issues confidently while upholding best practice and employment law.

Qualifications

• Previous ER Advisor or HR Advisor experience
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Experience handling a broad range of ER cases
• Excellent organisational skills
• CIPD qualification advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters from initial advice to resolution
• Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence processes
• Provide practical guidance on employment law and HR best practice
• Coach managers to build capability in handling people issues
• Assist investigations, hearings and appeals as required
• Identify trends and work with the People team to implement solutions
• Build relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business
• Ensure a consistent and fair approach to ER matters
