Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking a Regional Employee Relations Advisor to support a people-focused business across a regional remit, advising managers on complex ER issues and ensuring compliant, fair outcomes. You will work closely with operational leaders, travel across sites, handle investigations, disciplinary and absence matters, and coach managers to build capability.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice.
• Experience managing ER cases across a multi-site environment.
• Willingness to travel across the region and drive.
• CIPD qualification or working towards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload from initial advice to resolution.
• Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence processes.
• Provide practical guidance on employment law and HR best practice.
• Coach and upskill managers to improve confidence in managing people matters.
• Support investigations, hearings and appeals where required.
• Identify regional trends and work with the People team to implement solutions.
• Build strong relationships with operational leaders as a trusted HR partner.
• Ensure a consistent and fair approach to ER across multiple sites.
