Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment partners with a well-established, people-focused business to appoint an Employee Relations Advisor to join their growing People team and oversee employee relations activities. The role focuses on practical guidance across ER matters and supporting managers in a varied, fast-paced environment.

You'll manage investigations, disciplinary and absence cases, and provide expert advice on employment law while coaching leaders to drive fair, consistent outcomes and minimise

Qualifications

• Experience as Employee Relations Advisor, HR Advisor, or ER Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
• Experience handling a broad range of ER cases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters from initial advice through to resolution.
• Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management processes.
• Provide practical, commercially focused guidance on employment law and HR best practice.
• Coach and upskill managers to improve confidence and capability in managing people matters.
• Support investigations, hearings and appeals where required.
• Identify trends and recurring themes and work with the People team to implement solutions.
• Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business.
• Ensure a consistent and fair approach to employee relations matters.
