Job summary

Franco Manca is seeking a People Co-ordinator (Employee Relations) to support restaurant managers and teams with day-to-day people matters. You’ll work with the People Operations Manager to manage employee relations cases, coach managers, and ensure processes and documentation are accurate, consistent and confidential.

This role requires hands-on employee relations experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with strong judgement, organisation and a practical, people-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee relations cases.
• Knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience in hospitality or retail environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations cases with managers using policies and guidance.
• Coach and support managers through people matters with fair conversations.
• Coordinate case documentation and records including invitations and letters.
• Track cases, key dates and follow-up actions.
• Provide first-line guidance on routine People & Culture questions.
• Maintain confidential documentation and ensure consistency.
• Support managers with absence, probation, performance and conduct processes.
• Identify recurring themes and risks to support managers.
• Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team on projects.
