At Franco Manca, we don’t just make pizza. We create neighbourhood restaurants where great food, passionate people and genuine hospitality come together every day.
We’re now looking for a People Co-ordinator (Employee Relations) to support our restaurant managers and teams with day-to-day people matters. Working closely with our People Operations Manager and wider People & Culture team, you’ll manage employee relations cases, coach managers and make sure our processes and documentation are handled accurately, consistently and with care.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an organised and people-focused HR professional with hands-on employee relations experience who wants to continue developing within a supportive, practical and fast-paced People & Culture team.
If you’re confident handling employee relations matters, enjoy supporting managers and care about creating a positive employee experience, we’d love to hear from you.
As People Co-ordinator, you’ll provide practical first-line People & Culture support to restaurant managers and teams, with a particular focus on employee relations.
You’ll:
We’re looking for someone who can balance practical employee relations knowledge with strong organisation, sound judgement and a genuinely people-focused approach.
You’ll ideally have:
We’re proud of our culture, our people and the quality of what we do. You’ll join a People & Culture team that stays close to our restaurants, managers and teams rather than sitting far away from the action.
You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own employee relations cases, learn from experienced People & Culture colleagues and build your knowledge across people processes, manager coaching and wider projects as the business continues to evolve.
We’re proud to be an equal opportunities employer and believe our differences make us stronger. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and recruit based on skills, experience and potential. If you need any adjustments during the application or interview process, just let us know. We’ll do everything we can to support you.
