Job summary

DX is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team in a full-time, office-based role at the Northampton site. You will deliver a central advice service for managers and employees, ensuring a professional, customer-focused ER experience.

In this post, you will partner with managers, advise on disciplinaries, grievances and absence, and contribute to policy updates while balancing HR and business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a centrally located HR shared service centre with multi-sites nationally.
• Experience advising on disciplinaries, grievances, absence and ER cases.
• Coaching skills to help customers grow in HR processes.
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Commercially aware and able to balance HR and business requirements.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide second line ER support and support the HR Administration team for first line ER service.
• Develop trusted partnerships with managers and provide constructive challenge as needed.
• Update company policies and create new policies in line with legislation.
