Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking an experienced Employee Relations specialist to support HR Partners at our Shirebrook HQ, onsite five days a week. You will provide proactive ER guidance, advise on policy and legislation, and coach managers through disciplinary, redundancy and change processes.

The role requires a proven ER background, discretion and the ability to manage a busy workload with a focus on compliant, people-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a similar ER role.
• Experience handling ER cases including disciplinary, grievances, and absence management.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist, proactive support on employee relations issues.
• Guide employees on Company policies and Employment legislation.
• Coach and upskill Managers to fulfil people management responsibilities.
• Advise on disciplinary, grievance, appeals and redundancy processes.
• Support with organisational change and embedding new structures and processes.
