Job summary

DX Group is seeking an HR Advisor to join the HR Services Advisory team in the UK. You will deliver central HR advisory support to managers and employees, ensuring excellent customer service while guiding ER issues and policy updates.

You will build trusted partnerships across the organisation, escalate complex cases when needed, and stay current with employment legislation to help shape HR processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a centrally located HR shared service centre with multi-sites nationally.
• Experience advising on HR issues including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance and ER cases.
• Coaching skills to support customers in HR processes and procedures.
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
• Ability to build strong business relationships and communicate effectively at different levels.
• Commercial awareness to balance HR and business needs.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the HR Services Advisory team as a second line ER support and support HR Administration for first line ER service.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with managers, providing constructive challenges and acting as a sounding board.
• Maintain updates to company policies and create new policies in line with legislation.
