A leading utility company is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor for a 12-week temporary contract in Reading. This hybrid role focuses on providing guidance on employee relations cases and supporting managers with HR issues. Candidates should have strong experience in employee relations, excellent time management skills, and ideally possess a CIPD qualification. The position offers competitive pay and the chance to work in a supportive team environment where no two days are the same.
12 Week Temporary Contract
This role is not a generalist HR Advisor role, but a role that focuses solely on supporting with employee relations cases.
The Employee Relations (ER) Advisor will be a vital member of our Advice Service team, delivering clear, practical and timely guidance on Thames Water’s ER policies and processes. We’re looking for someone who is confident, customer-focused, and skilled in navigating complex employee relations matters, with strong knowledge of People policies, procedures and supporting systems.
Base Location: Reading – Hybrid.
We work to a hybrid model and meet regularly in the Reading office so you would be expected to travel to the Reading site. From time to time, you may be asked to visit one of the sites across the Thames Water patch.
