Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing an Employability provision.

  • Design and implement the Employability programme.
  • Oversee delivery at employer sites.

Morgan Hunt are working with a national Training Provider who are looking to appoint an experienced Employability Programme Manager in Birmingham. This role will involve managing the end to end delivery of their Employability programme for post 16 SEN learners. This is840 full time permanent post which is paying £35,000.

Responsibilities
  • Generating long lasting relationships with schools, colleges, employers and local authorities
  • Recruiting a team of Tutors along with supporting staff
  • Designing and creating the Employability programme
  • Travelling to employer sites to oversee delivery
  • Ensuring all delivery is in line with regulatory bodies such as Ofsted
  • Overseeing the operational running of the programme including targets, budget and performance
