S Knights Recruitment seeks an Employment Advisor in West Yorkshire to support participants at the pre-employment stage, helping them identify barriers and develop practical plans to improve work readiness.

You'll provide tailored employability guidance, monitor progress and help participants take realistic steps toward employment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure successful outcomes.

Competenze

• Experience in employability, employment support or welfare-to-work.
• Experience supporting individuals facing barriers to employment.
• Strong understanding of employability skills and progression planning.
• Experience providing advice, guidance, coaching or mentoring.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage participants from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.

Mansioni

• Assess participants' needs and barriers to employment.
• Develop individual action plans with progression goals.
• Provide CV writing, job searching, applications and interview guidance.
