S Knights Recruitment is seeking a Job Coach to support individuals at the pre-employment stage with personalised coaching to boost confidence, work-readiness, and progression toward employment. You will assess needs, plan development and guide participants through practical job readiness activities.

Based across West Yorkshire, including Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Kirklees and Calderdale, the role emphasizes building confidence, soft skills and the ability to navigate barriers while tracking

Formación

• Experience providing one-to-one coaching or mentoring.
• Understanding of employability skills and barriers to work.
• Ability to motivate and support diverse learners.

Responsabilidades

• Providing one-to-one coaching and guidance to improve work readiness.
• Identifying individual strengths, needs and barriers to employment.
• Helping participants build confidence and practical workplace skills.
• Supporting development of communication and teamwork abilities.
• Setting achievable goals and monitoring progress with participants.
• Preparing participants for employment while explaining workplace expectations.
• Maintaining accurate coaching session records and progress notes.
• Collaborating with colleagues and support services to overcome barriers.
