S Knights Recruitment is recruiting an Employability Officer for West Yorkshire. You will support participants at the pre-work stage, helping them overcome barriers, develop employability skills and prepare for progression into sustainable employment.

This role suits an experienced employability professional who enjoys direct participant work and aims to improve progression outcomes across Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Kirklees and Calderdale.

Formación

• Experience in employability, employment support or welfare-to-work settings.
• Ability to identify barriers and support needs to progress towards employment.
• Strong guidance, coaching and mentoring skills for participant progression.

Responsabilidades

• Support participants at the pre-work stage to prepare for progression into employment.
• Identify needs, barriers and development areas through engagement and support.
• Provide practical employability advice and guidance tailored to individual circumstances.
