The role involves coaching, guidance and tailored support to boost confidence and progression, with a focus on practical employability development and setting realistic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in employability, employment support or welfare-to-work.
• Able to support individuals facing barriers to employment.
• Strong understanding of employability skills and progression.

Responsibilities

• Support participants at the pre-work stage to progress into employment.
• Identify individual needs, barriers and development areas.
• Provide practical employability guidance tailored to individuals.
• Help participants develop confidence, motivation and readiness for work.
• Assist in developing employability skills and workplace understanding.
• Work with participants to set realistic progression goals.
• Maintain accurate records of activity, progress and support.
