Dignity is seeking a Funeral Service Specialist (Level One) to join Preston Ireland Bowker Funeral Directors in Lancaster & Morecambe. You will be the first point of contact for families, guiding funeral arrangements with care, legality, and personalised service while supporting day-to-day branch operations.

The role emphasizes empathy, organisation, and attention to detail, with opportunities to train in Funeral Conducting and contribute to plan sales.

• Lead chapel visits as required.
• Promote funeral plans and contribute to plan sales.
• Represent the branch in the local community and outreach.
• Train in Funeral Conducting for ceremonial duties during peak times.
