Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Ensure client needs, service levels and KPIs are met.
• Be the primary contact for clients, guiding with the wider team.
• Support funerals—conduct the ceremony, lead the team and carry the deceased when necessary.
• Ensure regulated work and funeral planning appointments are referred to a certified colleague.
• Build and maintain relationships with the team, clients and the community.
