G Smith Funeral Directors in High Wycombe is seeking a Funeral Service Specialist (Level One) to be the first point of contact for families, offering reassurance and coordinating funeral arrangements with care and professionalism.

Based at the High Wycombe branch, you will run day-to-day operations, support families, liaise with suppliers, and help guide families through Funeral Plans while upholding Dignity's standards.

Qualifications

• Empathy and calm demeanor in sensitive situations.
• Experience in customer service, care, or admin (training provided).
• Strong communication, organisation and admin skills; comfortable with paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Support families with empathy and professionalism.
• Arrange funerals meeting family wishes and legal requirements; present products clearly.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including admin and presentation.
