Job summary

Join Lloyds Banking Group across our branches within a reasonable distance in the Scunthorpe area. You will provide face-to-face customer support, assist with everyday banking tasks, and guide customers through important moments with empathy and care.

You’ll promote digital banking, help customers navigate online and mobile services, and connect them with the right products. Full-time, 35 hours per week with some Saturday work, with progression opportunities across the Group.

Qualifications

• 12 months customer service experience minimum.
• Ability to build relationships and provide a fantastic customer experience.
• Empathy, calm under pressure, and genuine teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face support to customers in Lloyds/ Halifax branches.
• Assist customers with everyday banking tasks and guide them through important moments.
• Promote digital services and help customers use online and mobile banking independently.
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with appropriate products and services.
• Be adaptable, caring and committed to delivering on promises.
