Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Dundee is seeking a Customer Support representative for a branch-based, full-time role. You will provide face-to-face assistance, help customers with everyday banking tasks and support moments that matter, such as bereavement or fraud concerns.

You will also promote digital services and assist customers in using online and mobile banking. The role requires flexibility including Saturdays, with start hours 9:00am–5:00pm and a 35-hour week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
• Be a people person who cares about helping customers with their finances.
• Ability to quickly build relationships to deliver a great customer experience.
• Show empathy, integrity and willingness to go above and beyond for customers.

Responsibilities

• Start in a Lloyds Banking Group branch, delivering face-to-face customer support.
• Handle everyday banking tasks and assist customers through important moments.
• Promote and explain digital banking services and help customers use online and mobile banking.
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with appropriate products and services.
• Work as part of a team to meet customer needs and maintain service standards.
