Job summary

Bank of Scotland in Aberdeen is recruiting for a Customer Support role in our branch network. You will deliver face-to-face support, help customers with banking tasks and guide them to use online and mobile services.

You will work 35 hours a week, including Saturdays, with a fixed pattern of 9:00am–5:00pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays as part of the rota. The role emphasizes empathy, relationship-building and delivering a calm, high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
• No previous financial services experience required.
• Ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
• Empathy, care and integrity in handling queries.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face customer support in branches.
• Promote and support digital banking services.
• Handle everyday banking tasks and guide customers through processes.
