Job summary

Bank of Scotland is seeking a customer support adviser in Dundee to assist customers in-branch with everyday banking tasks and to guide them through digital banking channels. You will support customers during important moments with empathy and clear guidance, while promoting online and mobile services.

The role offers full-time hours (35 per week), with Saturday work on a 1-in-3 rota, and a starting salary of £26,200 rising to £26,950 after six months.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
• Ability to build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
• Empathy and care in handling queries and sensitive issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face customer support in branches.
• Assist with everyday banking tasks and promote digital services.
• Help customers use online and mobile banking independently.
