Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is recruiting for a full-time Customer Support role based in Aberdeen, delivering in-branch assistance and guidance to customers. You’ll handle daily banking tasks while supporting moments that matter, such as bereavements or fraud concerns, and promote digital banking services to help customers operate online and on mobile.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
• A people person who is honest and cares about helping customers with their finances.
• The ability to quickly build relationships to provide a fantastic customer experience.
• Empathy, care and integrity in resolving queries and building customer confidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face support to customers in branch.
• Handle everyday banking tasks while guiding customers through important moments.
• Promote and support digital services; help customers use online and mobile banking.
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services.
• Remain calm under pressure, adaptable and empathetic; support evolving customer needs.
