Job summary

Gravitee in the United Kingdom is seeking an Implementation Manager to own onboarding and professional services engagements from signature to go-live and invoicing. You will coordinate engineers and partner resources, ensuring work matches the purchased plan and milestones are met on schedule.

You will lead multi-stakeholder onboarding, manage scope and billing triggers, and drive revenue recognition with clear acceptance evidence.

Qualifications

5+ years running enterprise software implementations in vendor services.
Experience directing people you do not line-manage.
Professional French proficiency for EMESA South region.
Ability to work from London office 2 days per week.
Strong milestone-based invoicing and SOW understanding.

Responsibilities

Translate the purchased package into a milestone plan with owners, dates and prerequisites.
Run onboarding and paid PS packages against a 180-day go-live target with partners.
Drive milestone acceptance, customer sign-off, and invoice release.
Manage scope and pricing changes, avoid scope creep.
Chase prerequisites and manage customer dependencies to protect dates.
Ensure partners meet delivery standards and reporting requirements.
Lead onboarding workshops and post-sales reviews with the Technical Account Manager.
Transition account ownership at go-live with documented risks and items.
Forecast professional services, manage backlog and weekly status reporting.
