This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position. We’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and organized individual to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, recruiting, and hiring apprentices, graduates, placement students, and interns into our business. It will be essential to demonstrate experience in early years recruitment. Working closely with hiring managers, educational institutions, and candidates, you’ll help deliver a positive, inclusive, and professional recruitment experience at every stage of the recruitment cycle.
You’ll support the end-to-end recruitment process – from planning campaigns and reviewing applications to facilitating assessment centers and managing offers. You’ll manage candidates through each stage of the process, ensuring a positive experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also help build strong talent pipelines and contribute to projects that enhance the early careers experience.
