The Role:

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be a strategic leader and top biller. You’ll own your niche, develop a personal brand, and build deep client relationships while mentoring junior recruiters and contributing to EVONA’s continued growth. You’ll thrive in a high-performance environment where success is celebrated, and ambition is fueled.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Take ownership of a specialist desk within the aerospace, defense & deep tech industries
  2. Proactively win new business and manage existing client relationships within the U.S.
  3. Source and place exceptional candidates across high-growth startups to major players
  4. Deliver end-to-end recruitment services from client acquisition to candidate onboarding
  5. Provide mentorship and support to less experienced consultants
  6. Collaborate with leadership on business strategy and market development
  7. Represent EVONA at industry events, meetups, and client visits (travel as needed)
What We’re Looking For:
  1. 360 recruitment experience with a proven billing track record at Principal Level
  2. Strong business development skills and client management ability
  3. Deep sector knowledge or curiosity in space, aerospace, or emerging tech
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and goal-oriented
  5. Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences
  6. Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
  7. Desire to grow your desk and mentor others while making serious commission
