The Role:

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be a strategic leader and top biller. You’ll own your niche, develop a personal brand, and build deep client relationships while mentoring junior recruiters and contributing to EVONA’s continued growth. You’ll thrive in a high-performance environment where success is celebrated, and ambition is fuelled.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of a specialist desk within the aerospace, defense & deep tech industries
• Proactively win new business and manage existing client relationships within the U.S.
• Source and place exceptional candidates across high-growth startups to major players
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment services from client acquisition to candidate onboarding
• Provide mentorship and support to less experienced consultants
• Collaborate with leadership on business strategy and market development
• Represent EVONA at industry events, meetups, and client visits (travel as needed)

What We’re Looking For:

• 360 recruitment experience with a proven billing track record at Principal Level
• Strong business development skills and client management ability
• Deep sector knowledge or curiosity in space, aerospace, or emerging tech
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and goal-oriented
• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences
• Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
• Desire to grow your desk and mentor others while making serious commission
