• Coordinate patient flow through the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC), Emergency Department and CDU.
• Manage bed stock and capacity to meet national 4-hour targets.
• Maintain up-to-date bed state in Cerner; track patients to internal/external pathways.
• Prepare daily performance reports and escalate capacity/demand risks.
• Support administrative processes relating to admitted and non-admitted flow per policy.
• Liaise with divisions and external stakeholders to improve efficiency and action required actions.
