Job summary

London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWH) is seeking an Administrative Services Band 4 post based at Ealing hospital, in Southall. The role is full time (37.5 hours) with shifts including nights, weekends and bank holidays.

You will coordinate patient flow through the Urgent Treatment Centre and Emergency Department, maintain bed state in Cerner, track patient pathways to meet the 4-hour target, and support the Service Manager with administrative processes.

Qualifications

• Educated to NVQ level 4 or equivalent.
• Previous NHS experience.
• Experience of Microsoft Office applications.
• Medical terminology qualification.
• Experience in an Acute Setting.
• Experience of using IT systems/patient management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow through UTC/ED and bed management.
• Maintain Cerner bed state and patient tracking.
• Produce performance reports and KPI updates.
• Support the Service Manager with administrative processes.
