Job summary

You will work from the Emergency Operations Centre in Otterbourne, Hampshire, handling 999 calls and coordinating urgent responses with compassion under pressure.

This on‑site role offers NHS benefits and a clear progression path, with training courses starting January 2027. Applicants must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
• Training courses available from January 2027 onwards.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for 999 callers.
• Provide reassurance, gather essential information, and assess urgency.
• Coordinate emergency response teams and dispatch help as required.
• Stay calm and focused while handling distressing situations.
