Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for callers in emergencies, asking the right questions and providing reassurance.
• Coordinate life-saving emergency responses and support callers through critical situations.
• Work as part of a fast-paced team at the Emergency Operations Centre in Bicester.
