Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Sales Excellence leader to drive capability, productivity and performance across the EMEAI region from the UK. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver training, coaching and new product initiatives, leveraging data and technology to improve results and ROI.

You will lead strategic projects, develop scorecards and oversee tools and programs that boost sales rep productivity, align with corporate learning, and manage budgets and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• MBA preferred for advanced business and leadership skills.
• Strong skills in sales, account management and strategy deployment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Excellence initiatives across PMD EMEAI and drive regional performance.
• Implement global sales processes with consistent selling language.
• Develop metrics and ROI for Sales Force Effectiveness programs.
• Coordinate with marketing, R&D and sales for new product training.
• Oversee vendor, budget management and program delivery.
