Everpure seeks an EMEA Performance Partner to translate regional business goals into high-impact sales enablement. You will bridge global strategy with local execution, partnering with Regional VPs to diagnose capability gaps and co-create scalable solutions that accelerate deal velocity.

In this high-visibility role, you will design outcome-driven training, localise content for diverse markets, and leverage AI to rapidly produce assets while coaching senior Enterprise sellers to improve win

Qualifications

Deep expertise in B2B technology sales enablement.
Experience designing and delivering sales methodology and leadership programmes.
Fluency with generative AI tools as core work practice.

Responsibilities

Strategise regional performance with Sales Leadership to identify friction points and create enablement workplans.
Design and localise high-impact, outcomes-based learning for EMEA markets.
Scale through AI to create role-based assets and iterate content.
Lead workshops for Enterprise AEs and senior leadership to drive real-world application.
Measure KPIs like ramp time and win ratios to drive continuous improvement.
