Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a senior marketing leader to deliver brand strategy across Industrial Wood EMEAI. You will align marketing plans with sales channels, drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, R&D and Product Management, and lead regional execution to grow market share.

You will manage a diverse team and partner with Marketing Communications to activate campaigns, while delivering long-term value and ROI for strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent.
• 8–15 years in marketing or segment management in B2B environments, preferably coatings/chemicals.
• Strong English communication skills, additional language desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of brand management strategy across all brands in Industrial Wood EMEAI.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligning with sales objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D and Product Management.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to develop channel plans and campaigns.
• Influence stakeholders to balance long-term brand value with short-term commercial needs.
• Partner with Marketing Communications to activate campaigns across channels.
• Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports and drive development plans.
