Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Support or similar operations.
- 3+ years of people-management experience with a track record of development.
- Experience with KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance tracking.
- Good understanding of CRM/ERP systems and digital tools; interest in automation/AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the EMEA Sales Support team to high performance.
- Oversee operations across EMEA with timely bookings and quality service.
- Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements and automation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.
