Sardine is actively hiring a Technical Recruiter for EMEA to own full-cycle hiring across software engineering, data science, ML and product roles. You will partner with hiring managers, craft role descriptions, and lead sourcing and interviewing through multiple channels, delivering a top-notch candidate experience and smooth offers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment.
• Proven experience recruiting technical roles in a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting in EMEA markets.
• Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• A passion for data-driven recruiting and a strong comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning and Product across EMEA.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear hiring strategy for each role.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through to offer discussion.
• Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidate-to-hire process.
