Job summary

Sardine is seeking a Technical Recruiter for the EMEA region to own end-to-end hiring for engineering, data, ML, and product roles. This build-it role shapes sourcing, assessment, and candidate experience as Sardine expands its presence across markets.

You will partner with hiring managers, influence process and tooling, and drive offers in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Prior success in a high-growth tech startup is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment.
• Experience recruiting technical roles in a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on recruiting in EMEA markets.
• Data-driven recruiting with ATS, Notion, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles across EMEA.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategy.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Drive offer management and ensure a smooth hire process.
