Job summary

Serval is seeking its first EMEA Talent Partner to build and own recruiting for the region from scratch, covering both technical and go-to-market roles.

You will partner with the Head of Talent and EMEA hiring managers to define what good looks like in a market with no presence yet, drive outbound sourcing into two candidate pools, and create a standout candidate experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting for enterprise B2B SaaS roles.
• Experience hiring Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Implementation or Customer Success.
• Proven ability to recruit across engineering and sales in fast-paced SaaS environments.
• Data-driven mindset with recruiting metrics to inform prioritization and process improvements.
• Excellent storytelling to convey Serval's mission to candidates.
• High agency and adaptability in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
• Based in or willing to work from our SF HQ, 5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute PS hiring strategy across implementation consultant, PS leadership, and delivery roles.
• Partner with leadership to forecast headcount and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Own the candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes, interview loops and scorecards.
• Drive outbound sourcing from enterprise talent pools.
• Influence employer brand with Marketing to attract experienced enterprise professionals.
• Track and report pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and time-to-hire.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Recruiting for a clean handoff.
