Helsing is seeking a hands-on Technical Recruiter to source and attract top software engineering talent across Europe. You will build and manage candidate pipelines, screen and interview candidates, and ensure an exceptional experience from first contact to offer discussion.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing technical candidates across multiple countries
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Curiosity about new technologies and ability to discuss engineering work

Responsibilities

• Source high volumes of candidates for evergreen software engineering roles through job boards, social media, networking and direct outreach
• Utilise deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates beyond standard channels
• Screen and interview candidates against role requirements and provide timely feedback to stakeholders
• Manage candidates through initial interview stages with a smooth, engaging process
• Maintain a robust pipeline of engaged, high-quality candidates for current and future roles
• Track pass-through rates and forecast hires using pipeline data
